Notarial fees
These are maximum fees established by California law. The current limits remain in effect through December 31, 2026; the updated limits shown begin January 1, 2027.

The mobile travel fee is a separate convenience charge and is confirmed before your appointment. Services that California law requires to be performed without charge remain free of notarial fees.
The jurat fee includes administering the oath or affirmation; the two are not charged as separate $15 fees for one jurat. A public journal-copy request must be made in writing and include the information required by California law.
Immigration notice: The immigration-form amount is included only as a California statutory reference. Desert Documents does not offer immigration consulting or immigration-form completion. Only a separately qualified and bonded immigration consultant may provide that service; a notary cannot provide legal advice.
